Surprisingly was turned down by other local companies to even come check out the damage. Adam checked out the roof, tarped it off and walked me through the whole process. Insurance denied so had to finance. The Sargent team was out here once the weather broke and knocked it out in one day. Roof looks great. Yard was left clean. Respectful, professional and fast. If you need a roof they are the easiest to talk to, fastest and definately fair on price. No compliants on my side.

My ceiling cracked, which made me realize there was an issue with the roof. I panicked because I didn’t know who to call or what to do. I went online and came across Sargent Roofing and started doing some research. What really drew me in were the reviews—they had a 5.0 rating with so many comments. As I started reading, I was truly impressed.

Without hesitation, I decided to call, although I was a bit nervous due to past experiences. Because of my accent, communication hasn’t always been easy, and I’ve had some uncomfortable situations before. But when a man answered the phone and I started speaking, his voice immediately put me at ease. He was kind, patient, and very understanding, which meant a lot to me. At that moment, I knew—this was it. I didn’t need to look any further. First choice, and the right one.

Then Adam came out, and that was another wonderful experience. After inspecting everything, he explained the situation clearly. When he told me the price, I panicked again because I thought it was just for fixing a small leak. I wasn’t expecting that. Then Adam explained that the price was actually for replacing the entire roof, and I was honestly surprised. I had never even considered replacing the whole roof because I was afraid of how expensive it might be. But this price was very reasonable, especially with all the work included.

I am truly happy and grateful. I always say thank you for everything you’ve done, but especially for your genuine kindness—it really made a difference.

When I came home that day, the job was already finished. Everything was perfectly cleaned, and you couldn’t even tell that any work had been done.

The roof looks great, there are no more leaks, and I finally feel at peace. I’m no longer worried about how I will replace my roof.

Not only completed, but they installed in harsh weather, which was not ideal for them but great for us because our gutters were in rough shape. Before working with Sargent, I had siding and trim blowing off gables and flapping in the wind, rain water running off gutters, water running on brickwork under eaves (not protecting walls). Afterwards, I had an upgraded and beautiful siding job that held up against the recent strong winds, no more water runoff, no more water running on brickwork under the eaves, and improved attic ventilation .

I got home from work and at first I thought maybe they didn’t clean my gutters. Everything was so clean. No gutter droppings on the sidewalk or in the bushes. Great job!

Manny came out to give me an estimate and helped us work through quite a few options to find exactly what fit our needs without needlessly upselling us or compromising on quality. We got the repair scheduled quickly and Anthony's team was incredibly hard working and professional. The repair and replacement of our fascia and gutters looks great and was finished in just over a day. I noticed a couple of super minor things when I inspected the work and called Anthony and the next morning the crew came back out and fixed everything. 10/10 customer service and the work looks amazing. I'll definitely be coming back to Sargent when I need more projects done in a couple years!

Absolutely positive experience working with Sargent Roofing. Help was provided from the initial steps to the completion of the project. A knowledgeable person was there to walk me through the process of filing a claim for storm damage. That same person accompanied the insurance representative as they assessed damage. Later, someone from the company was there to help me choose materials to use. A supervisor oversaw the repairs and inspected the roof and gutters when the work was completed. Afterwards I was provided with detailed pictures and paperwork for the work they did. As a senior doing this process for the first time they gave me complete support to relieve my anxieties. Totally pleased with the entire process.

Erica was very knowledgeable & friendly. She makes a great first impression for the company! Adam came out to measure & provide a quote. He provided a thorough evaluation of my homes needs
& pointed out the causes of the current problem with drainage that I was having & the solution. My job was completed 2 weeks early as they offered me a cancellation appointment. I was at work when the crew installed the gutters, however, Anthony (my project manager) kept me informed every step of the way. He texted me updates throughout the day & sent pictures of the completed work. The flip up gutter extensions were not installed & the issue was quickly handled by Anthony. We decided to reuse old downspouts. So the guys painted them, and they look like brand new.
